Hajj 2025: Nigerian Pilgrims Flight Schedule Announced

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) and the State Muslim Pilgrims’ Welfare Boards has announced to begin the 2025 Hajj airlift on May 9, with the last flight scheduled to leave by May 24.


According to a statement released on Tuesday by Fatima Sanda Usara, the Assistant Director of Information and Publications for the NAHCO Chairman.The decision was made during a meeting held on April 22,2025,between NAHCON and the Executive secretaries of the state Pilgrims'Welfare Boards,Who are part of the Forum of states.The meeting was organized to review how prepared the states are for this year's Hajj.


During his opening remarks, NAHCON Chairman, Professor Abdullah Saleh Usman, emphasized that the Hajj process is now in its final stage of preparation ahead of the 2025 pilgrimage.

Real Madrid's Camavinga Sustains Groin Injury.

The French international picked up the injury during Real Madrid’s 1-0 win over Getafe in La Liga on Wednesday. “Following tests carried out today on our player Eduardo Camavinga by the Real Madrid medical services, he has been diagnosed with a complete rupture of the left adductor tendon,” said Madrid in a statement.
